NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER
STATE OF GEORGIA,
COUNTY OF LAURENS
Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed from SAMUEL ALAN WILSON and DEBRA L. WILSON to FIRST LAURENS BANK dated May 26, 2006, and recorded in Deed Book 1782, Page 25, Laurens County Records, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door in Laurens County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in June, 2013, the following described property:
All those tracts or parcels of land lying and being in Land Lot 301 of the 17th Land District of Laurens County, Georgia, being more particularly described as Lot L-1 (3.49 acres) and L-2 (3.17 acres) upon that certain plat of survey dated April 26, 1993, prepared by Billy Flanders, GRLS No,. 1768, which plat is recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 105, in the office of the clerk [sic] of Superior Court of Laurens County, Georgia, and which is by express reference incorporated herein.
Included and attached as part of the real property and being foreclosed with this real property is a 1979 Fleetwood Manufactured Home, VIN #GAFL2B926052255.
The debt secured by said security deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to make payments in accordance with the terms of said note. The debt remaining in default, this sale shall be made for the purpose of paying the same, and all expenses of sale, including attorneys fees, notice having been given of intent to collect attorneys fees.
Said property will be sold subject to any outstanding ad valorem taxes, any matter which might be disclosed by an accurate survey and inspection of the property, any assessments, liens, encumbrances, zoning ordinances, restrictions, covenants, and matters of record superior to the Security Deed first set out above. To the best knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the parties in possession of the property are SAMUEL ALAN WILSON and DEBRA L. WILSON , or a tenant or tenants. The person who shall have the authority to negotiate, amend, and modify this loan is Ron Bell, Senior Vice-President, First Laurens Bank, 2040 Veterans Boulevard, Dublin, Georgia 31021, (478) 272-8874.
